The silver-breasted broadbill (Serilophus lunatus) is a
species of bird in the broadbill family Eurylaimidae. It is monotypic
(the only species) within the genus Serilophus. There are ten currently
recognised subspecies, one of which, rubropygius, was formerly treated
as a separate species.
